"I’ve read some of the negative reviews, and felt moved to share/add on, my positive experience of living at Liberty Circle, Lorain: I needed the apartment for only one year in 2019, and during that time, not only did I feel safe living there, I also felt heard by management. Whenever I made a call to maintenance, they came and fixed the problem next day. Most importantly, the job was done right. If I left messages about any concerns, I received a reply within a reasonable amount of time, and the concern was handled promptly. The apartment interior was so quiet, it didn’t even seem as though I had neighbors, which made my space feel cozy and private. My 1 bedroom was spacious, with tons of closet space, & had its own outside deck, which I enjoyed the most after a long day at work. My job required me to leave at 3 a.m., and I appreciated that the sidewalks and drive were always shoveled and plowed in the winter. Front & back of buildings were well lit. Grounds were well maintained. The buildings are walking distance from schools, restaurants, clothing & grocery stores, cafes, gas stations, and the BMV. I left the apartment clean as I got it, so I got back my security deposit in full. Lastly, I gave the reviews a four, only because although convenient, the washer/dryer did seem pricey, & it would have been more convenient to have updated machines (card) instead of coin operated. The carpeting throughout was due to be replaced as well. All in all, a great experience."

"Liver here 2 years. They tried to get all the money as they could before I left, not enough washer and dryers, over priced, and a/c was questionable to work many times. Had to take cold showers sometimes also. I would check ALL other options before living here."

"I don’t actually live here, but I made an attempt to. Scheduled a showing of the apartment where the landlord picked the time for me to be there. (Mind you I live thirty minutes away right now.) so I drove out there, got there a few minutes before the scheduled time. Called the office to let them know I had arrived. No answer. Figured maybe they’re with another person or something and it’s runing longer than anticipated. Waited ten minutes called again, nothing. Waited thirty more minutes called again, still nothing. So I went home. I’ve never been stood up by a business before. Wish I could give a zero star rating just for the horrid service I got. I’m so happy I wasted all that time and gas for absolutely no reason."

"One of the worst places I've ever been. Way over priced when next door is twice the size for the same amount..Something goes wrong...good luck getting them to fix it. Had mold in our dishwasher that they tried to hide from us. Broken fridge and a/c. Raised the rent 3 times in 2 years and kept half my security deposit to "clean the kitchen" , that I just scrubbed cleaned before leaving."
