"So far so good! The few things that needed attended to was immediately taken care of the same day that I put in the request on the app! Jason is great! I needed installation in my attic and he said hold my beer basically and had it done within record time!!!! Customer service is everything to me and Pathfinders is A1 Platinum certified in my book!!!!! Thank You!!!!"

"One night at around 9pm, I had no working water. I called the water company to no avail for after hours. I called the next day they came out and said everything was fine on their end. I then called the maintenance man for Pathfinder Realty and he came out in 5 minutes. Within 10 minutes of his arrival, he found the issue and contacted his boss. His boss then placed a call to the water people with me and let them know that they had not done a good job when the came out. To make a long story short I needed a new line from the street to my home and ther was water gushing out in the crawl space under my home. I was placed at a hotel until they got done early the next day. Pathfinder Realty provided accommodations to our family and paid for it all including the line issue. Everyone I worked with the maintenance man, the plumbing company, and the excavator guy were genuinely nice guys. The property manager was also great. This could have been a bad situation but it wasn't due to the care that Pathfinder Realty provided. They didn't even know that I was sick and just lost my mother in law a day before. Thank you Pathfinder Realty!"

"This was not a good experience for me at all. I had previously reported issues with my door and it was never addressed only “looked” at. I was locked out of my house for a whole night! And by the time I was able to get in the next day I was late for work. I was offered nothing g but an apology. Form the maintenance gentleman, which I dio not blame. Never an offer to take something off my rent or waive a late fee. Nor was there a folllow up call from the office manager. This was unacceptable."
