"Will never ever recommend this place ever. So thankful I’m finally able to move out after being stuck for 2 years. Mr will crouse is shady very shady. I reported mold in my bathroom and the only thing he had the maintenance guy do was paint over it with primer. Which to add to that is not lead free and I have freaking kids. And he got it all over my items in the bathroom as well which is very dangerous. There’s mice in my apartment as well which they’ve done nothing about."

"I am impressed by the management (Mr. Will) here at Gateway at The Greene. The process to rent was professional but yet interpersonal. Will made me feel like a person and not a number. The kindness and time taken to explain and answer my questions was incredibly appreciated. At other rental places I felt rushed and unappreciated. At a time when customer service has fallen through the cracks in many businesses, Mr. Will is a bright light when it comes to the rental process and the care of his rental community. I have seen his interactions with other tenants and it’s always the same. He cares about their experience here at Gateway at the Greene, and the quality of their living space. This is all evident when you meet and spend time with him. My apartment was clean and ready for me to move in when he said it would be. The environment is safe and welcoming. The location is perfect, it’s in the center of everything. I’m blessed to have the opportunity to rent in this beautiful location and to be apart of this community. I will be recommending Gateway at the Greene to friends, family and business colleagues."

"My family moved here under a sublease, and during our time here we got to see how much things improved once the current manager (Will) took over in the office. I found him to be professional yet friendly/flexible, and detailed yet realistic. Anytime we had a problem either Will or the absolutely wonderful maintenance technician Vincent made sure we were taken care of. I was surprised when I read some of these reviews where people had not so nice things to say about the property or the management. The apartments are very clean, and about as modern as you're going to get in this price range. And as for no one being in the office, my experience was the exact opposite! Other than 3 day weekend holidays there was consistently someone on site during office hours, and oftentimes I'd even see Will walking the property after hours, making sure people weren't throwing loud parties, or other evenings he would be in the office doing paperwork. Very approachable, and welcoming. We would definitely consider living here again, and only moved out because our sublease ended and the original lessee needed to move back in. I suspect, but cannot prove, that some of these negative comments are either competitor apartment complexes in the area (pro-tip: stay far, far away from Stonebridge Apartments down the road! What a dump!), or someone who has a personal axe to grind and is being less than truthful out of pettiness. Also worth mentioning that the area always felt very safe, and is incredibly convenient as far as location. Tons of great restaurants + a multiplex cinema across the street within walking distance!"

"I have lived in this apartment complex since the completed renovation of the premises . My experience has always been a good one but now even more since the new manager Will Crusoe is keeping tight ship under his control. Management makes a big difference, he is very prompt and respectful in answering any concerns that come up . It is a great location near good schools and shopping !"

"The manager, Mr. William Crusoe made my move a pleasant experience during the month of June 2022. I was going through a difficult time in my life and needed housing quickly. He went beyond the call of duty and blessed me with a queen size bed. He is very understanding and compassionate towards the residents. Gateway at the Greene is very timely concerning any maintenance issues. It is a well kept, friendly and peaceful community.
