"I stayed here via UC Housing but nearly all my interactions were with the building staff. My room was reasonably clean on move in with some minor gunk here and there. All the appliances worked throughout the year, and when we reported a broken outlet is was fixed in a reasonable time. The office staff are exceptionally kind - one time the thermostat in our room broke causing the furnace to come on at 90 degrees when it was already 70 out, the office staff who were on their way out for the day stayed to help us fix the thermostat and maintenance replaced the unit within 24 hours. Overall its a fine apartment building, come in with reasonable expectation and you won't too surprised."

"One thing that is consistently wonderful is the management. From the maintenance to the leasing office, the people are wonderful and always willing to help. The property does have some issues - my apartment had multiple problems with the ac, keys, and furnishings, but they were taken care of pretty quickly and thoroughly. The amenities - pool, coffee bar, fitness area - are all wonderful and very enjoyable. The only rough thing is the consistent problems with the garage door. Overall, it’s a really nice environment especially as a student."

"Please, don't go anywhere near this place. Awful management. Awful housing. Awful service. The homeless started living in the garage. Multiple car break-ins. Multiple robberies. Garages had trash everywhere and so did the hallways. Laundry rooms were also never cleaned. If you love the smell of weed throughout the building, you would love it there. Front office hours were limited. They will try to get as much money as they can from you. Even if you scrub your room super clean, they will charge a $60-$100 fee per person. They ripped out out ceiling and flooring for 5 months, so we had no ceiling or flooring with no reimbursement for them. I had a maintenance guy come into my room and open up my door without my permission and then proceeded to take videos of my walls. Absolutely no privacy nor respect. All your packages will be placed in the lobby for people to steal with no security of them. The people that live before us had a lawsuit against CP Cincy, and I am sure hundred of more people do as well. Awful housing, stay away. This place should be closed down."
