"They get zero stars from me! The office staff are the most rude and unprofessional girls that I have ever spoken to in a professional setting in my life. Half of the time they won't answer any calls or return messages/calls. They rush you off the phone, they don't fully listen and their tone screams I don't care. No way the face of a business should behave in that manner. They need to do a serious sweep of their staff. The workers are either friends or family of the higher ups or they sucking them off one of the two because I know I am not the only one who has experienced this and no way I would allow anyone to be the face of my company with that behavior. The older lady and myel both needs to be fired. They can't even speak properly! Just ghetto and rude."
"Let me start off by saying the apartments/townhouse are nice. But the people that work in the office are some of the most hateful, rude, and nasty people in the world. More specifically the black girl in the front office and the older black lady with blonde hair. There’s not a time of day when they don’t have attitudes. The front desk girl is okay but the rest of them females are disgusting. They feel as though they can talk to people any way they want. And another thing the hours are posted at 8am-12pm Monday-Friday and 12-5pm by appointment only. But how can you get an appointment when no one answers their phones? And just FYI after 12 the office is still fully staffed but they will have the door lock and pretend to not hear when you knock. People who work will never be able to comply with those hours. It’s also very funny how they aren’t in a rush to fix anything but want rent on time. So, I’d suggest having direct contact with the health department and an attorney before moving here because your maintenance request will go untouched then ultimately get “lost”."
"I am a current tenant & If I can give them 0 stars I would. Let me just start from the top..... when I moved in I had a few minor things that needed to be fixed, that took months. then my refrigerator went out twice, instead of them replacing it they told me to use a blow dryer and melt the ice inside the freezer until they can send somebody Out ! they never answer the phone, They don't have any maintenance, they pay ppl off the streets to come fix things which leads to more problems. They're rude and very unprofessional, the only person that is polite so far is the young lady at the front desk."
"I think a lot of their incompetence comes from their office. As I write this, I've had absurdly low water pressure in my shower for months. Earlier, it had stopped working at all and while I had stayed somewhere else, it took them weeks to confirm that it was fixed. In fact, while the water ran again, it hadn't been fixed, and the water pressure was awful. Their staff literally uses scrap pieces of paper to record maintenance issues. And when maintenance does come by, they're checking on another apartment, and they only tell me to call the office, which mostly just takes calls to an answering service. As far as I can tell, the messages aren't checked, or they're treated with the same low priority as when you're there in person. Also, they will never apologize their their incompetence. Also, like another reviewer, I've had kids throwing dice for money by the outside door which does not close all the way and lock on its own. Other residents and their kids shout in the halls without any consideration. Visitors also honk their horns to your neighbors early in the morning because evidently they haven't heard of using a cell phone. I should have suspected something from the start when the person checking me in literally gave me the wrong move-in address and I had to redo all my mail forwarding."
"I feel like some of these reviews are a few years old. I have had very positive experiences with the staff, and have even gotten some of my rent reduced if issues arose that were outside of my control (i.e. pipe burst). Any time that I've had any maintenance issues, they have been fixed quickly and efficiently. My neighbors are great, helpful people, and I haven't had any problems at all. I have really enjoyed my time here, and I look forward to renewing my lease soon!"
