"Our experience at 423 Hoge St. has been extremely warm and welcoming. We are in the process of looking for a house and our temporary stay here (year lease) couldn’t be a better living situation. Augustus, who is here every day, working hard to make sure everyone is comfortable and does all he can do to accommodate any needs. My husband and I appreciate him very much. Even with a few new construction “hiccups”, the staff is always willing to fix the problem (no matter what time of day/night). Thank you the warm and welcoming accommodations."

"Update: Avoid this building at all costs. It's clear they hired B-team contractors who should've been fired by now. The latest? A ceiling collapse in the garage, with actual property damage! We're talking lawsuit levels of negligence here. Plus, the persistent noise issues blatantly ignored by their so-called maintenance team. Absolute incompetence. Steer clear! Don't be fooled by the modern and sleek design; this place is a disaster. My AC broke down four times in a month, with clueless maintenance relying on CalAir to fix their mistakes. If you like sleeping in the heat in the middle a summer heatwave, you’ll love it here. The building's app never works, and random, loud screeches from the roof will ruin your sleep, especially if you’re on the fourth floor. Plus, the bathroom fans are ridiculously loud and won't turn off immediately. This place is managed by unprofessional and incompetent staff. Do yourself a favor: avoid signing a lease here. It's nothing but stress and discomfort wrapped in a deceptive, shiny package."

"Updating my review. While the building and apartments are nice and we like our individual unit, we were promised all outdoor amenities would be done by the end of June when we signed the lease- none of them are done yet and it’s the end of October. We were strung along stating just a few more weeks over and over and now several months later it’s still not complete - this includes a pool, grills, outdoor tv and sitting space. It’s been really disappointing since we are paying a premium price and had no outdoor amenities all summer/early fall (we love to swim and grill). For the price, not sure we would’ve signed the lease."
