Mackenzie has been the best leasing professional I've ever worked with and I've lived in apartments for over a decade! She's VERY quick to respond to any questions and when I was having issues because of a portal problem leaving my last apartment to my new place she really helped make sure I could apply for my current apartment. Coming from the brand new fancy builds that are way too overpriced in Oakley and Madisonville, this place felt like home. It's quiet and safe most importantly, way too many crime issues in my last higher end apartment. Def can't beat the value, safety, location and great leasing professionals at Delta Flats!"

"We lived in Delta Flats for about four years and really enjoyed our time living there. The value of the apartment for the amenities that you get are great, ranging from the pool, gym, and parking that's included in your rent. You are easily able to get downtown in 8 minutes and located right in the center of Columbia Tusculum. Additionally, Hyde Park/Mt. Lookout Square is right up the street. If you are looking for a walkable, safe, quiet apartment community I would definitely recommend checking out these apartments."
