The Enclave

"I moved into the Enclave January 13th, 2023. The week of move in I received a call from Beth Westgerdes (Property Manager) stating that our move in time would be pushed back a few hours due to some stain on the carpet that apparently didn't get cleaned... I didn't think anything of it. Then come the day we moved out of our old apartment to move into the Enclave, I receive a call from Beth stating that there were baby roaches under our carpet, and we wouldn't be able to move in. By that time all I could think of is me and my kids have nowhere to go or stay, Beth then tried to tell me there is nothing she can do besides move me into another apartment unit that smelt like weed and cigarettes... mind you I have 2 children ages 3 and 4, never have been exposed to weed to cigarettes a day in their lives and never would. So, I told Beth that wasn't going to work, she then said there's nothing she can do. I called corporate and told them my issue, asking if there was any other solution to a roof over our heads, i then only had 1 option and that was to move into a 3 bed $2100 every month. Then just a few months later in late April my car got broken into (apparently it happens a lot in that complex) I brought up the issue to Beth, she didn't press the issue or seem to be concerned or even warn the other residents... So then come end of June my kid's father's car and another resident's car got broken into and MY car got stolen and wrecked $5000 worth of damages. Come THAT morning I made a police report and called Beth, she the basically told me she didnt feel like sitting watching to see if she saw my car leave from the clubhouse cameras, mind you rent was due and me debit card was in there and completly wiped clean. I told Beth I was gonna be late of rent and she only stated I had till the 5th to figure it out before the put an eviction notice up on my door (once again she never sent out an email to any residents at all). The come a few weeks ago 2 residents got their car broken into now all of a sudden we recieve an email about 2 break ins.. but not the other ones on my end. While I was late on rent, I was reaching out to rental assistance programs and finally found one (St. Micheals) they called Beth for rental verification and the first thing Beth does is state I never came to her about ANYTHING dealing with my car being stolen, made it out to look like I lied, so St. Michaels would no longer help me. Then that following week I received an eviction notice on my door. Mind you Ive been on a month-to-month lease with them so now I found a new apartment and got accepted on the 12th of july, I sent in my notice and now since I was a few days passed my move out date my prorated rent is $800 instead of $500. Ive also tried to get ahold of Mary (coorporate) and she as well hasnt even began to press the issue as well. Do NOT move here for your own health and sanity it is not worth it."

"Absolutely love everything about this place! Extremely spacious, stainless steel appliances, with a gorgeous kitchen island. The high ceilings are a great additional feature as well as the balcony. I’m my experience, Cortes ensures any and all services requests are attended to promptly and issues are always resolved (if any at all). Beth at the leasing office is also a great help and always responds to any questions or concerns pretty quickly. I have no complaints."

"I have lived here now a little over a month. I love that the community is centrally located to everything. The floor plans are spacious, complex well maintained and very quiet. Beth and Cortez are very responsive to any questions or maintenance issues."

"We’ve been living at The Enclave for a little over a year now, and it has been a very pleasant experience. The apartments are so nice, clean, and spacious! We absolutely love the open floor plan with the high ceilings and stainless steel appliances! The location near the interstate is also very convenient. In addition, Beth is one of the best property managers I’ve ever had!! When we had any issues or needed maintenance, it would get done quickly! Definitely recommend this apartment complex!!!"
