"I have been staying here off & on for the past year for work. Charese, Carrie & staff was very accommodating for the duration of my stay. The rooms are nice and quite at night! I enjoyed my stay here & when I return to the Cincinnati area this will be my hotel of choice because of the customer service!"

"The room was real humid. Had to open the door to the hallway to get drier air. Probably been fixed by now. Owner is nice, refunded my unused days which was pretty cool. A big thank you."

"The fees are outrageous. We got charged a fee for ending our stay early and we got charged a $100 fee when we first checked in. The area is a little sketchy. The wifi sucks. The customer service is good, they're all very nice and helpful. The rooms are nice, although we have a hole in our bathroom door. The room keys almost never work. The stove and microwave practically don't work. The bed is extremely noisy. Overall it's an okay place to stay at if you have a lot of money. but it's not worth the price, i'd go somewhere else in a better location."

"If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. First off I got the room because at 54 a night pet friendly and near my work it was a good deal. Upon arrival I was charged another $100 deposit and $100 "pet fee" for 2 days! As if them hitting me with more than $200 in unadvertised fees at the door wasn't enough I went to take a shower after work and there was little blood droplets on the floor of the shower. So I just went to bed dirty and left the next day. Also after cleaning the room my self before I left I still have not received my deposit! Do not get a room here this place should be shut down."

"Where do I begin, I checked in last Wednesday Aug 2nd. I made reservations online I had my itinerary on my phone and when I got here the lady at the front desk proceeded to tell me that they don't honor that itinerary that if I start the process online I have to finish the process online. So that was the very first thing so I didn't get my discount and I paid more....... As I was checking in three different customers came in to have their key cards reset. Everyday that I have been I've had to have my keys reset when I return from work at 4:00 p.m. the lady at the front desk with pink hair I'm sorry I don't know your name I sincerely apologize was the nicest lady working at this hotel. The second day I was here I went downstairs to the front office and proceeded to tell the lady that my air conditioner was not working it was hot in my room and there was also a very bad smell of mold. She then grabbed her stack of pink post-its and took my name in my room number and said there wasn't a manager available when one was available she would give them the information I'm still waiting on that manager to contact me or someone even come look at my air conditioner. I have my personal fans in this room and that is what's keeping me cool at night. The lady at the front desk told me that there was no rooms available for me to switch to and I had just paid $600. My room was very very dirty the floor was disgusting and sticky the bathroom was gross you can see where someone had mopped but left the dirt ring against the wall and never cleaned it. The parking lot in the mornings, looks like someone just took a garbage can and dumped it all throughout the parking lot. Over the wee every corner of the parking lot you have people sitting out there partying and drinking. The elevator has not been cleaned at all. It is beyond disgusting. This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at!!! Never again will I return!!!!"
