"I used my points to stay here and it was not worth it. Very worn out hotel. Water damage in the bathroom. looks like chocolate milk on the wall in the bedroom area. When I was in the shower it didn't drain fast enough so it started filling up the bathtub. The whole hotel smells like mold. I would not stay here until they fix up the place. But the staff are very nice and helpful but they can only do so much."

"Avoid this place! Bed bugs Stained linens Mold/mildew in the sink Immediately felt unsafe Checked out immediately after getting to the room and seeing its state. Was refused a refund because “we were offered an alternate room.” So glad we left and found better accommodations elsewhere."

"Checked in a bed begs (photo proof). Got moved to a room that smelled of mold and cat pee. Was told no more moves can be made because all the rooms are taken. Was told I couldn’t cancel because I was already checked in. Room was falling apart. Bathroom shower rod was broken to the point that the curtain was want to slide to the middle of the rod every time. Updated: So the reply from Kenny P the GM is a lie. I have photo proof and it was shown to everyone on my daughter’s soccer team. Is this the hotel you want to stay in? One where the GM tells lies against photo proof evidence of our experience. Your family and friends deserve better. If you don’t want to track bed bugs back to your home and spend thousands and months getting rid of them, don’t stay here."

"Very nice basic hotel stay for a hockey tournament, clean and well lit lobby, very comfortable beds, good showers, nice working fridge / microwave/ coffee maker all in room. Good breakfast buffet for the weekend. Room service came and changed our towels, made our beds, and took out our trash, which has become rare at this level of hotel. Only downside was lack of lighting in the pool area, other than that this was one of the best hotels we have stayed at and would definitely recommend for business, sports, and personal travel."

"The hotel was clean and comfortable and was located in a nice area. We had to wait several minutes for the staff to return so we could check in. The breakfast was mediocre. Not a lot of variety. We opted to eat elsewhere. Juices were warm, milk was in gallon jugs, pancake machine wasn't filled, there were no iconic cinnamon rolls or pastries, but coffee was good."
