"Usually when I have a problem, the issue is taken care of quickly. My main source of dissatisfaction is the rise in rent EVERY TIME my lease is renewed! It’s getting to the point that I may no longer be able to afford to live here. I love this location and the fact that I have two bedrooms for when I have family come visit. I’m just very concerned that I may have to move in the near future. I have a good job and I often wonder how others can afford to live here. Also, the patch work that was done to the drywall right before I moved in is very shoddy and messy. Looks like it needs to be redone by someone who knows how to do it. There is a huge hole under the sink in the back of the cabinet and wall in the main bathroom. My cat did manage to get in there at one time. Luckily I caught him before he made it too far. Additionally, I complained about there not being any cold water when I first moved into this apartment, probably beyond your control so I put my cats drinking water in a bottle in the fridge before giving it to him. My kitchen sink is slow to drain due to the plastic stopper surrounding the drain for the garbage disposal as well. My neighbors stink, but that’s a problem regardless of where you live if it’s in an apartment complex. However, I smell pot more often than I don’t. I moved from a 1 bedroom on 3rd floor to a 2 bedroom lower floor and lost A LOT of closet space! So much that I have to store stuff in the guest bedroom… not a good look for when I have guests. Besides that, it’s wonderful!"

"We just moved into a brand new apartment. Our stay and experience at The Pines has been excellent. The treatment from the management staff is great and on point once a request is needed to be done. Especially Sopy, she is amazing and very caring towards her residents. I was actually in Florida and she made my moving transition very comfortable. "Me and my friend recently moved in to the 2BHK apartment at The Pines. We had a very great experience from looking for the apartments till settling in to the Pines. Our leasing specialist Sopy was very quick in her response over the phone as well as email and their application process is also very quick. We got approval in 2 days. Apartments are very spacious and located in the prime location very near to any place you want to go. Restaurants, grocery, entertainment, Kroger all places are very near. You can get down to 275 Highway in 5 minutes which I think is big plus. Community is also very nice and rent is also less compare to other area in this county. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay at the Pines if they are looking for accommodation in Sharonville."
