"I toured facilities after I had a horrendous time trying to get a legitimate appointment to see a unit. I was initially scheduled for an appointment and no one showed. I eventually got a time to view and had made some inquiries on some particular questions I had. That was before New Year's and still haven't heard from anyone. It's now February. I've signed elsewhere. Such a shame since I pay a year vin advance."
