"I have lived in Bellivista for almost 2 years and dread going to the office to speak with Jodi or Michelle who have both claimed I was lying at times only to have it proven I was telling the truth! The lack of professionalism that these 2 individuals have shown is on a level that I have never before seen! Even when proven wrong they still don't have the backbone to apologize for the allegation or the disrespectful manner in which they speak to people. Jodi accused me of not reporting that I was working. I argued yes I did that's why I now pay full rent and she checked her system and found that I had reported. I was actually at the office to pay my rent when this occured. When that didnt work she refused my rent payment because it was after the 5th of the month making me 9 days late. I did not recieve any notice or anything! The reason my rent was late is simple...I work from 5:30am until 4:45pm M-F I actually got out of work early so I could take my rent in. Bellavistas hrs are 830am-430pm and thet dont see tenants on Fridays. There is NO dropbox bc it was stolen a few years ago. When Jodi couldnt get me out based on nonreporting she became petty. I had $1200 in money orders (mind you my rent is $785) she told me to "use that as firsy months rent and deposit elsewhere." Accepting rent late is at her descretion. At one point she pushed the money orders across the table and said "they arent made out yet make em out to yourself and cash them pr deposit them into your account." She is such a mean nasty person. I asked if there was anything I could do and she pompusly leaned back in her chair and said nope its up to me Im not taking it. I've never felt so belittled and disrespected in my life! She further shows her lack of professionalisim on these reviews in black and white as I see several individuals that she has responded to as if the reviews and experiences they faced here could be argued! Treating this as a social media platform. I have a well paying job so money to move is not the issue it's more that time os the issue. My hope is that the new owners see these reviews and handle the situation accordingly. Mildred however is sweet as pie and I think Michelle is just trying to follow Jodis lead. Advice to anyone dealing with Jodi or Michelle is to put your phone on record (I forgot being in a hurry) so that there is no he said she said! These women need to be exposed for the people they really are! Oh and several light globes randomly fell and were never put back up. Theyve been aware of this since my 1st inspection!"

"Last I was on that dump of a hill, one of the managers had a relative that lived there. Let’s just say they weren’t a good role model for a tenant, and got away with a lot of things they shouldn’t. They’d tell on people for things, even with no physical proof, and would get people in trouble. If you called the office on this person, nothing was done. Things finally caught up to them and they got the boot. Don’t move on the hill unless you’re absolutely desperate. The police pretty much live up there."

"What about the fact that you get banned for nothing. My wife had to move from there because I supposedly broke into a bunch of cars while I was serving jail time. Then claimed that she was not going to school and pretty much say what they want to say. I know they look for reasons to evict people that don't pay full rent. My ex called on my wife and said she had a bunch of people living with her and they didn't even want to listen to anything then either. How can you be management and give yourself a 5 star review when the reviews are made for people that live/lived there..."

"I lived here at a time in my life when I was unemployed, had no car, or anything in my life. They did give me free rent. (Hence why I did give them 2 stars) But here is the thing... the girls in the office are all very nice when you first meet them, they are kind, and seem caring. But after a month or two, they start to look for reasons to evict you. Since you are not a paying resident, they want you out in favor of someone who can pay the EXPENSIVE price for their crappy little apartments. I had a friend stay over so they can take me a few places, to the store, doctor, etc. They tried to say that my friend was living with me. They called The Department of Job and Family Services and told them, and they send a Private Investigator to follow me. He came to my door and made me sign a paper that said I was committing welfare fraud. I was kicked off of food stamps and I was given a 30 day notice of leave. This was a terrible place. I would not recommend this place on my worst enemy."
