"I used to be maintenance with this company. Voluntarily left due to inappropriate behavior by site management, which was handled by promoting the supervisor and giving a pay raise for the behavior. Not sure if Arian was promoted to property manager or not but if she isn’t, she deserves to be. Previous management was flat-out mean and inappropriate. Loved my job but did not like the way this company handles resident complaints and concerns. Also, I witnessed upper management speaking down to residents and actively telling them to move out if they are not happy when expressing legitimate concerns. I would not advise giving your money to Redwood, this company pays its employees garbage wages for what they do and overcharges residents for what they get. Zero amenities, none. The dog wash station is the only thing available and that is only when the door is unlocked. Do not advise."
"Beware!!! When your lease is up you will pay! Left our unit spotless cleaner than when we moved in was charged over $400 for supposedly carpet replacement when the carpet was only a year old. Stating two very small spots underneath carpet not when showing on carpet! You pay a pet fee plus get this kind of charge"

"Haleigh was wonderful. Redwood is lucky to have someone thus invested and knowledgeable as the fire point of contact for residents and future residents. The property is lovely and the apartments are gorgeous. Bringing my other half back to see them now so we can make our decision. Truly a terrific experience!"
