I still attend meeting and drug tested every month and randomly because people automically accuse me of being a druggie to validate their own behavior and treatment of me. I stay to myself, i bother no one and still rumors fly as neighbors approach me with the latest thing they were told. SO first let me address this. If you're peeking through my windows. And basically spy on me and you think I am doing drugs. I can assure you, I have tests to prove that I haven't been. At Batavia meadows. I was harassed on a daily basis by the maintenance woman and my neighbor who attacked me and my granddaughter and then twisted it around and said that I did it to her. Yet you can ask my granddaughter who is twelve remembers are day clearly. It was over me calling her out and saying if you don't know the whole story, please shut up.Update update I am officially declaring that cap religion and Jesse Brewer have submitted fraudulent paperwork to the better business. Instead of using police reports that they used police responses which were mine, also they submitted fake eviction notices from July 22 til May 23, which I had already proven that one I did not miss any rent and I have the receipts Cincy Area Properties the apartment I vacated is still infested with carpet beetles. The carpet that had canine urine and was 12 years old combined with the broken down spout the dark an damp was the perfect environment. They can get in your hair, your cats paws both cats and dogs are sensitive to this infestation and though barely seen with the human eyes, you pet will alert you. The eggs can be anywhere as we lost 80 percent of our belongings As someone in elected office who is looking out for the needy, allowing this along with the cash your manager took and the unprofessional actions of your staff, charging a single grandma for an entire extra month rent when the unit was left in better shape than when we moved in is simply an act of retaliation for repairs request months before tiyr team took over and loss of rent because your staff did not meet the terms of abatement and you want your money U0date... so after been lied to my face by Tina the manager saying she would lose her job before I lost my apartment and then putting a notice to vacate the property after I was in abatement if that was enough now they want me to pay for a whole month of June rent because she did not inspect the apartment until June 3rd I put the keys under the mat I cleaned it I did a good job and I can't have my deposit back because they want to charge me what for her 2 days it took her to get there to see it."

"My mother lives here an the management is just a nightmare to deal with. She has mold in her apartment and has been noted to the maintenance, however it has taken them months to address the problem. As well as 2 holes in the ceiling from water leaks, which also took months to address an even attempt to repair. My mother has major medical issues, including heart and lung problems. So to say the very least, they only care about money, not the tenants and their well being!!!"

"The grounds look amazing!! Mostly because They have a lady in the complex who faithfully picks up everyone’s litter every morning without being asked or told to do so! Nice, wooded, Quiet place."
