Burgundy Hills Apartments 1800 Bordeaux Boulevard, Burlington, KY 41005

"Burgundy Hill Apartments isn't the best complex, it is certainly not the worst. For a two bed two bath it is currently $1,275 per month. Which is an okay price, for now. Upsides are the neighbors are usually quite. Not really anything news worthy happening. Which is a good thing. A downside would be the appliances are a bit dated. Both the fridge and dish washer are bit beaten up. They are either old, or really warn and used. Can't really tell which. Kitchen itself has plenty of space to store whatever you want. Bathrooms could used a bit of remodeling as there is water damage under the sinks. I suppose in summary, it is kind of a get what you pay for situation. If the price doesn't continue to increase, I would say everything evens out. But if the rent increases, they would need to update some things to even things out."

"I have lived here for several years and can honestly say that thanks to the new owners and new management Melissa in the office and in Maintaince Ian, this is a whole new Wonderful place. The pool and apartments have been upgraded the landscaping is always well kept. Always friendly and great customer service."

"I wouldn’t give Burgundy Hills/A-Strategy Management a 1 star review if there was an option for 0. I started at a sister property in Park Hills with them in April 2022. The Park Hills property was infested with roaches and they allowed us to switch to Burgundy Hills in October. We moved in here October 14 2022 and on December 25th 2022 Christmas night we received a text message that our apartment had been flooded. The unit across the hall had a pipe bust triggering that units sprinkler system and flooding the four bottom units. For a day and half after we were with out water but advised the units were safe to live in. By the following Friday we were advised that there was category 3 water and microbial growth, that we needed to vacate immediately and all of our belongings were contaminated. When advised of this I disclosed I did not want to continue our lease as this will be the 3rd time we would have to move in an 8 month period, they agreed. Later I was speaking with the regional manager Carla Kelly and she refused to refund us for our pre-paid rent of January ($1,175 we have still not got back for a apartment we could not live in) and refused to let us out of the lease. I got an attitude with her as I was upset and temporally homeless and from that point she would not talk to me. With them not allowing us out of the lease even though we have a documented letter advising of a construction evection. I had to hire an attorney because they were stating we were responsible to finish the lease for an uninhabitable property. They’re money hungry, heartless thieves. If I had the funds to take them to small claims I would. Stay far, far away from anything with A-Strategy Management. You will not have secure healthy living situation."

"I have lived here for over a year now. I have a 6 year old and a 6 month old. It’s beyond perfect for me and my family. Affordable and 100% worth every dollar. Any time I’ve had an issue or needed something fixed, the property manager Josi Sullivan, has made sure it was resolved ASAP... like same day or by the next day at the latest. She’s extremely friendly and personable. Very transparent & does a great job. I will continue to live here until I buy my first home. My son’s school is AMAZING. Everything you need is within a mile. Never a lot of noise going on either. I Definitely recommend burgundy hills apartments to anyone looking for a place to call home!"

"I have been working with Josi and Greg for almost a year now taking care of any and all of their roofing needs. It has absolutely been a pleasurable experience. To my knowledge any time the apartments have leaks in the roof or are in any need of other maintenance, Josi and their team are on top of it! The tenants were always notified when my team and I were to be at their residence and everyone was always very welcoming! Very happy to be working with the Burgundy Hills Apartment Complex!"
