"Bobby is definitely a God sent working here. Truly a humble hearted compassionate man, and I love how he is transparent no matter the situation. Definitely wears his heart on his sleeve but sticks to the rules for his position 100% which is probably why some reviews claim him as intimidating. I promise you, if you don't see the good nature this man possesses then maybe you need to take a good look at yourself. I received the opposite experience on what I hoped and prayed on with help for housing, but in all honesty Bobby made my experience a blessing even still. He let me know what I needed to do moving forward and even though he knew there was nothing he could do for me then, he still spent time giving me hope and guidance, when he could have easily just dismissed me all together. That to me speaks volumes about the great human being he is. I will always appreciate Bobby!"

"I am receiving the housing voucher through Boone County for the second time in my life and I will say that Bobby can be a bit intimidating but I have learned that he is just a very intelligent man who has been in the business for many years, therefore, if you are not honest with him, he knows, and if you give him a reason (without knowingly doing so) to be a little unpleasant, he will be. His job is not to make it easy for you to do your part in the process. Also, he is very funny and light hearted in the briefing. At that time, you really get to know that he is a real person just doing his job."
