"Mandy went above and beyond! We have been looking for housing since May 2022. Everything from apartments, townhouses, houses, to condos. We needed a roof over our head and nothing was available. Our lease ended in September and we were living out of a hotel. I called Villages of Burlington and Mandy was empathetic and helpful. She gave us a tour and we filled out applications. Within a few days she was able to get us into a unit and out of our hotel room. Which we realize is not normal, but we were in a tough situation and she made it work! We were almost homeless and are eternally grateful to Mandy. She’s a genuine and kind person, not just a leasing agent. Thank you so much, we absolutely love it here. This neighborhood and our house is stunning and gorgeous."

"So it is probably not often that a maintenance issue causes one to write a positive review but I wanted to highlight a couple of people who are consistently terrific. I have had countless issues with my heat pump since I have lived there and it has been frustrating. But Michael, who is responsible for maintenance, is terrific. Professional, responsible, straight-forward and very attentive to the details. I personally do not find that very often in people his age these days. Mandy runs the office. Ditto on every comment I said about Michael before. Stuff happens in life especially with mechanical items but both of their professionalism and responsive behavior make it more than acceptable"

"The ladies at the office and the maintenance man were friendly. However, the builders did not build this property well, and it caused issues. The property looks great from the outside, but it appears that they were hurriedly built. There are gaps in the foundation between the concrete slab and the walls and gaps around the front door. This property backs up to a valley with woods, and the gaps allow all kinds of bugs to enter. We had spiders coming out of the air vents in the ceiling and from under the baseboards. We had ants and beetles coming out from under interior walls and the sliding glass door. We even had bugs that we had never seen before. We made multiple maintenance requests, but the cause of these issues was never addressed. They just tried to put a band aid on the problem. They sprayed a few times and put down some powder, but the ants, spiders, and multiple other bugs kept coming. We even had a family of crickets take up residence. We reached a breaking point and decided to move. The office was all too happy to charge us the $3,000 to break our lease, even though they were at fault for not fixing the bug infestation."

"I’ve lived here 8 months now and absolutely love it. It’s everything you want in a condo that you would actually buy. The managers are extremely friendly and always happy to help. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly and it’s so nice to have such a great maintenance staff. I hope to be here for years."

"We've lived here for a year and absolutely love it! Sure it's priced a little bit higher than other options in the area (florence/burlington) but it is totally worth it for what you get - comfortable stair-free living, attached 2 car garages, good & new construction, well maintained, great leasing staff and peace & quiet. It's too bad we're moving out of state or we'd have resigned our lease here without a question. We'll miss this place for sure!"
