Brittany was there to assist - very nice, helpful and explained everything about the process! I'm excited for my apartment, very clean and new flooring! Toured Hilliard Summit - Brittany and Alexis were very courteous and professional. I LOVE the high ceilings - they make it feel very spacious."

"I'm giving Hilliard Summit 1 star because the utility for this place is beyond ridiculous. They management don't want to do anything about it. We are facing a recession and people can't barely afford things. The cost of utility here at Hilliard Summit will range you between $600-$1,000+ monthly. I will NOT recommend anyone to move here. I'm trying to leave because of this issue."

"I’ve lived here for a couple months now, I’ve been very pleased with the unit and property, it’s beautiful. I enjoy living here. Just had a couple maintenance issues which were taken care of very quickly and professionally, which is a nice change from my last place. The only downfall is the parking issue. There is nowhere to park except the one spot in my driveway, luckily I park in my garage so I can have one guest over. That’s it. One of my guests got their car towed shortly after I moved in, and had to pay $250 to get it back. There are about 4 guest spots on my street but those are consistently taken. Either we need to allow parking on the street, provide parking passes for all, or turn some of the empty space into more guest parking. Also a walkway around the pond to the gym/pool would be great. The payment options are very limiting as well"

"This property management company took advantage of every last time from my move out. Attempting to charge me $75 for a bathroom cleaning. Just a bathroom, that I maintained well for 18 months. I’m being charged for their poor quality toilets that leave residue and low quality shower material that retains any discoloring despite bleaching and cleansing. This comes after the maintenance crew said I kept a very nice apartment and would likely not have anything to be worried about to be charged for upon move out. This place is a scam and will do anything to get a dime. Not to mention, the option was never presented to take money for this “cleaning” from my move in deposit, which would then still allot for a reimbursement to me after the fact. Horrible experience. Do not recommend."

"I have lived in Hilliard Summit for 9 years. I started in a 2 bedroom garden (The Legacy) which I absolutely loved, very open and spaciaous. After the first year I moved into a 2 bedroom townhouse (The Summit) I've been here since 2016. I love it here. My neighbors are great, and the community is very well kept; the maintance crew is the absolute best. I have never had an issue since I've lived here, other than a couple minor things, that were addressed immediately. This past year I found myself in a very hard place; The girls in the front office, Brittany and Julie, are amazing, they did everything in their power to help me in my situation, in fact above and beyond; I will be forever grateful. I've been very humbled by my most recent experience, and felt that my surrounding community should know, that this is an absolute amazing place to live. :)"
