"Applied for an apartment, the apartment was set and had an agreement signed with address, gave them the deposit and application fee and then was told same day that they did not have anything available and would call when they did. I called them two weeks later for an update and they did not have an address or new term for me, I asked for my money back so I could work a living situation out somewhere else and they said I would not have anything refunded regardless of place available. I'm out $900 and no one called after I requested refund or even if there was anything available even closer to the date I had signed to move in. No apartment and no money... theft. Be careful."
