"MANAGER DELPHIA MAY MAKES THIS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE! As a 4 year resident, I am continually impressed by the service and upkeep Delphia May provides! The lawn in maintained, trash is picked up in a timely fashion, and needed repairs are dealt with immediately. Moreover, on the rare occasion an after hours issue arises, the call center responds promptly and sends out repair services the same day. The neighborhood is safe, the apartments seem to be sound proofed, and the in apartment washer and dryer hookups are great! -If you like quiet, calm, well maintained, affordability and superior management, I highly recommend Steeplechase."

"I was nervous because of the bad reviews but those were previous to this management!! Delphia, the property manager at Steeplechase, is absolutely AMAZING! You can really tell that she actually cares about the residents and her job! All my questions were answered throughly and clearly in a way that made sense. She was bubbly and outgoing and I look forward to renting from here! I usually don't write reviews but Miss Delphia EXCESSED all my expectations! Bravo, young lady!"

"Made an appointment to go look at one of the townhomes, I called them the day of to verify and they told me they were getting ready to call to reschedule because the one they were going to show me was actually being moved in to. Rescheduled for the following weekend. I called the day of to verify the complex number we were meeting at, was placed on hold several times for long periods of time, no one new what was going on and I couldn't get a hold of the correct person. Finally got the manager, and she said that there were no appointments on the schedule for the day, and both her and the lady I was supposed to meet were at different sites working on different things. This was the second time I checked them out and we were planning on moving. The first time we looked at them, the lady was late and smelled of pot. We also never received a call to let us know if we were approved, and no one called to follow up with us about moving in. This place is a joke!!!! I would not recommend it to anyone! Very unprofessional!"
