Reviews
"I decided to call a couple times even based on the reviews. Which is terrible on my behalf but dam I been calling for a couple months from different numbers at that and nobody answers the phone ever. Which I’m not surprised.. but hey that’s my fault."
"I have had a really great experience renting here, the office is quick to respond to me if I need anything, any repairs I've needed has happened within a couple days of calling it in. The property is always clean and the neighbors are super easy going . Overall I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a longterm living situation."
"I really enjoyed Hunters Run. They are nice huge apartments. No bugs so I really liked that. Quiet neighborhood. Good schools in area. Jenne was very helpful along the way. If you have concerns she would help you. I lived here for a year and my children liked it. They also accept housing choice vouchers. If I ever had to come back. This is the place to raise your children."
"I have been here not even 2 weeks and it’s literally an institution. People in prison have more visitation rights than you will if you move here. I’m currently working single mother with 3 children and cancer and have gotten in trouble for having a babysitter in house , since I work at home 50 hrs a week and my youngest is an infant still. I’ve also been harassed by the neighbor right off the bat and almost LOST my job because I was working while she was loosing her mind over a parking spot. During my first weekend here just on my street alone I seen the cops were called out for who knows what I can only imagine, several people dumpster diving, inside the actual trash can and people walking around in their boxers around little kids and all. Needless to say I’ve contacted my attorney and will be meeting soon to go over this lease as their are several arbitrary things that go against some of Ohio rental laws. If you work remote and need in house babysitters or would like to see your family for than 14 days in a 90 day period I wouldn’t suggest moving here. Definitely one of my biggest regrets."
"New management took over at the beginning of 2014. Before they took over I had a 3 bd town home for $610 a mn. They jacked the cost to $725 if I sign a lease! After I moved out (which I had 30 days to leave which is very difficult to find a place in 30 days) they sent me a bill of every day normal wear and tear items they charged out of my deposit from the previous management. $7 for 1 light bulb. $15 for blinds they gave me but I left there and didn't install them. $$ for dirt all over the apartment which was BS I cleaned the place even steam cleaned the carpets before I left. I have 2 pages of things they charged me for after leaving. Don't rent here. Spread the word that these people are crooks - My neighbor's ceiling had fallen through before of water leak. these apartments should be condemned ."
