"I loved the girls who worked here when I first moved in , But now the only nice and polite is Hope , When we first moved in they knew we had a dog so we had to pay 300 just for her, Then I get behind and have to go to court, Said court date is done and gone, We was going to move out but they agreed to let us stay and give us another chance, Well boyfriend went to talk to them about us staying 3 times, They finally get back with me after I emailed them like 4 times, And they said that since we hadn’t paid the back rent they decided to not let us stay, I had asked her 3 to 4 times what’s going on and they kept saying they would let us know , So after they said we could stay if we paid the back rent and redid another application they wanted to charge me for my dog again because they said they didn’t know we had a dog, WTH did I pay 300 when I moved in if I didn’t have a dog, So now we had to get a u haul and a storage because they decided we couldn’t stay, There is no communication obviously, There not worth the 1,000 they charge a month, There not bad Apartments but definitely outdated for that price, But if you look on their website it shows hardwood floors and new appliances,"
"I gave it 4 stars because prior to moving in I was told there would be a pool and a park for this summer now I have been living here for 3months still no pool or park for kids I mean they have one for dogs!! I am currently in a 3 bedroom renovated apt and me n my kids love it I read the reviews before I moved here and I seen bad reviews but what I didn’t understand is how a person can write a bad review about a complex but in the same breath say they have lived here for 2/3/4 years if I don’t like a place I reside at I bet I won’t be there longer than a year. With that being said I took my chances moved here and so far so good I love Hope she is amazing easy to talk to and a listening ear she is younger than me but she is a great person!! What drew me to this place was the area and the high ceilings me and my children are new to Oxford and this weekend we went out and explored and I can say we had a Sam good time no drama no just friendly ppl also it’s not much in the complex for kids to do that’s the only Con I have they need a park a pool or somethin I do like my apt but it’s not much space all I can say is if your interested come see for yourself!"
"DO NOT MOVE HERE I lived here for 2 yrs. The apartment complex has been sold 3 times in my time there. When I first moved here it was Indian trace apartments and the owners never wanted to fix anything, still don’t. The units are not that great at all. The only good things about there is hope in the office is wonderful. When it was the aviary the owners then never fixed anything. The laundry rooms are okay. Half the time the building doors don’t wanna open with the keys. My water heater caught on fire and they did not want to replace it. The new owners are not much better. Yes they put in a dog park and are working on something else but they lie to their tenants! They are pricing them WAY too high. It’s not worth 1400 at all. The “updated” units are still junk. Horrible communication. Cops have been out there a lot more this year then I’ve ever seen. IDC how many good reviews you see but it’s not worth it at all. And they make their employees write bogus reviews. again DO NOT MOVE HERE"
"These reviews are interesting because we’ve rented here over a year and it’s been nothing but chaos. As a Miami U family, I suggest you stay far away and rent closer to High St for the amount of neglect you’ll experience here. Maintenance calls are quickly marked ‘complete’ without proper assistance. My second lease they’ve tacked on $50/mo water bill in addition to an increase in an unrenovated unit. We don’t have an in-unit washer/dryer but I guess the year-long ‘mysterious’ leak in another unit is now our financial responsibility. Rip-off. Pets are a blessing if units don’t go unchecked, urine puddles at the bldg entrance/mailboxes and feces is collected. The common areas are barely cleaned and these high summer temps make it worse. There are zero amenities on the property to justify ‘market rent’. Please take your peace of mind to another property. UPDATE: Now I’m being intimidated to leave. New photos added."
