"My husband and I stay at this establishment when visiting my daughter. The staff is extremely friendly, the rooms are always clean, and the breakfast has multiple options for everyone in the family. I love this place and would not stay anywhere else."

"This hotel is very outdated! I wish I read reviews before booking! This hotel has scammers! We got one night to take daughter to Miami university and the hotel front desk charged card 250 within 1 hour of checking out and accused us of having smoked in the room, which is outrageous! When I called to discuss charges the man was very rude and called me a liar and hung up on me! Needless to say I won't be returning and I will share this experience with everyone I know that will possibly go to this location! Rooms stuffy not ventilation, not even a vent in bathroom! Breakfast options so bad I would make it a benefit to stay! Beds were so hard and uncomfortable my husband slept in chair with ottoman. Would never recommend, as a matter of fact probably avoid all best westerns in the future!"

"The location was great, probably why we got charged over $330 for one nights stay on a parents weekend. Price gouging at its finest!! Rooms are outdated and there was an odor. Reason I gave a 10 for service was because we were on a wait list to get in and when a room did become available, they called to let me know. Next time I’ll check the price."

"Kathy and the entire staff at the Best Western in Oxford gave us the absolute best treatment and care that we've ever had with a hotel! We traveled with a large group and booked last minute and they were so kind, accommodating, and helpful through everything. Staff was greeting guests by name each morning and couldn't have made for a more pleasant and enjoyable experience. The personal touch and care really made it feel like you were staying at someone's home. Couldn't recommend more, and hope we can stay with them again sometime!"

"I am a travel coordinator for a studio movie filming in a nearby big city and I had to arrange for last-minute (less than 10 days from our expected stay) accommodations for my crew of 56 people. Ms. Kathy and her staff went above and beyond to prepare for my group's stay. Everyone was extremely communicative, very receptive (to changes, etc), and exceptionally kind - it made my job much easier with them in my court. Between the service, hospitality, and billing I had not one single issue (and if you're in the biz long enough you know, there's usually always a problem, big or small). Thank you Sycamore Inn!
