"The owners of The Butler Inn need to teach classes on motel management! It's an older building, but it's obvious that they take pride in it. The room was super clean. Cleaner than the last hotel that I stayed at which was 3 times the price. The king size bed was amazing. The room was much more spacious than I had imagined. It is a motel so nothing luxurious, but far superior to any of the 6 or 8 major motel brands. If I ever find myself in Oxford again, I'm definitely staying here."
"For a motel it's not bad. You can tell the owners do their best to keep the rooms updated and clean. The walls were a bit thin and the room was a bit cozy, but they do a good job making good use of space. For the price, it's not bad."

"We stayed one evening due to having a morning college visit the next day. It is located very close to campus which was convenient. Everything with the room was great! This hotel is just as their site describes, it is an older structure but with newly remodeled rooms. We have stayed in lots of inns/hotels and this was by far one of the cleanest we have been in! Will definitely be back if we have a need to be in the area again!"
