"Rented for two years and it was absolutely wonderful. Property was amazing, landlords were extremely attentive, easy to contact, and quick to complete our requests. They went above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed, from changing lightbulbs, coming outside of business hours when we set the fire alarms off and overflowed the washer, to buying a new oven for us. Would recommend to everyone."

Matt always responded to texts or emails within a half hour at the absolute latest, and we never had to wait more than a day to have an issue checked out. Their properties also have very nice bathrooms, which is a huge plus in a college town. Highly recommend!"

He was timely with every maintenance request and even came to let me in when I’d locked myself out of my room at 1 in the morning. He also had fantastic communication with all of us regarding anything that would he done in the house. If I hadn’t graduated, I 100% would’ve rented another property from him!! Probably the best rental company in Oxford in my opinion."
