Art Lofts at the Dayton Arcade 42 South Ludlow Street, Dayton, OH 45402

"Plz do not bother moving into this horrific building My fiancé and i had stayed in this building for 2 years Multiple medical bills for sliced open feet from destroyed/cracked floors that were promised to be fixed within the 1st month we moved in... that was a lie The building is grossly overtaken with bugs of all kinds because no one cleans the building and they leave the trash in the building without taking it out for weeks Both front doors which are supposed to be always locked have had broken locked for a year and a half We never got to experiece any of the commodities that were promised such as Access to a game room Access to a hangout room Access to mail box which we didnt have access to for a whole year upon moving in Access to work room They never answered any calls especially when their appliances are so cheap Our dishwasher was leaking as well as our fuse breaker constantly tripping due to a loose wire What do they do? Dont answer the phone ignore our emails causing us to pay the 600$ in repair just so we can live with power and dishes (ps the dishwasher is connected to the sink completely so if the dishwasher breaks so does the sink) The only good thing about these apartments are the people we lived with including a sweet loving man named bernard who they have horribly mistreated by shoving him on the 11th floor when he is bound by wheelchair without one leg and the building elevator breaks down monthly without anyone to fix it cause they refuse to hire a building caretaker So for ur own sanity plz avoid these apparentments and the horrible landlords Todd and Lisa"

"Really would have loved to live here, but we could not get anyone to answer the phone or respond to voicemails. We even made an appointment online to view the place and the doors were locked (secure access) and, again, no one was answering the different phone number posted by the door. 0/10 on professionalism and must not want tenants."

"Wouldn't give them 1-Star the whole process was disgusting! Todd (Property Mang.) made me think that I had a chance to get in only to be turned down after 1 year of waiting due to income being to high. I strongly feel that it was a racially profiled non approval. They have a certain type of tenant that they cater to. I was told I could reapply but after a Year wait & being denied! Instead I decided to let everyone know about My experience with The Art Lofts, so They don't waste 12-months of their lives waiting to be denied. Then to respond to this review with ignorance like "please contact us at." With no regard no & a broken sentence."

"I have lived at the arcade for around a year and a half and my wife moved in after we got married in April. This place has been such a blessing to us in beginning our family and it was wonderful to be able to have affordable downtown living. One of the most joyous parts was the kindness and helpfulness of the administration, especially Todd. Thank you to everyone involved for making our first home together so special! God bless!"
