"Absolutely the worst customer service ever!!!!! You would think being in the hotel business that they would understand people are traveling and may arrive early and would be willing to assist with altering reservations for guest who have paid in advance! The gentle men who worked the night shift on 12/02/2023 between the hours of 12 am - 4am had absolutely no customer service whatsoever and thought the whole ordeal with not being able to alter my reservation funny and refused to even attempt to assist to get the issue resolved ! I still have not been able to make contact with corporate to get assistance! I traveled over 12 hours and was forced to make another reservation at another hotel!!!! At 4 in the morning!!!! But I guess that is what you can expect with American hospitality these days!"

"The desk clerk was very accommodating and nice to me. It was quiet, clean, comfortable, right next to a Tim Hortons and across the street from a Waffle House. I will stay here again!"

"It's pretty basic, but considering, it's clean. I haven't had to worry about bugs or anything. If you need a place to rest your head that's pest and smoke free, welcomes pets and isn't over the top, this is your place."

It's quiet,the cops don't harass you but make you feel safe with their presence. I have stayed at many hotels all around the world and I would live here. They are legendary:)"
