"Having lived here for almost one full year, it's been taken care of by the maintenance department that is on top of things! All you have to do is call a number, make out a work order and it's normally seen to the very next day! The people are nice it has a sense of security and is near hospitals, grocery and gas station in the neighborhood known as Grafton Hills. Actually a very safe neighborhood to walk through without being fearful. In today's world, that says slot!"
