"Im a general contractor and I own Dunaways-general-construction LLC. I went through a break up a few months ago and needed a place so I took one from here. He wanted me to roof a house for him and I said ok. We never arranged a price so I never began work. He then said he would buy trash bags if I cleaned up the seeds in the front yard of the apartment complex but again no price was arranged for the labor. So I didn't do it. He leaves a voice mail on my phone trying to schedule a meeting with me and I called him back and he was mad that the city is pressing charges on him for not cleaning the place up and putting the new roof on. He blamed me even though I was never offered compensation for my work and told me to get out. I have heard from multiple contractor friends of mine that he expects his work for free and thats why his places are so run down. Dont deal with this guy."
"I'm only giving this place one star because I'm not able to leave zero. I came in to see apartments for rent, which they refused to show until I filled out an application. They made income judgements on what I could afford and only offered prices for "economy" units simply because I was not in a suit. They required neighbor references. When I told him I don't know any of my neighbors, he called me a liar. I offered to take the application and get as much data as possible by next Friday so I could look at apartments then, and they again refused, stating they wouldn't show the apartments until the application was filled out, except that they PROHIBITED me from taking the application with me...."
