"The landlord is 6 months late of returning deposit check. Greg is very pushing to transfer utility account for new tenant and to pay deposit at the beginning when I started to rent. However, during my stay and at the end of the stay, when I tried to contact him to return the key to him and asked for deposit check, he ignored my phones and texts as I tried to reach out to him"
