"Great place to Live! Apartments are remodeled and look great. Is a clean building and the staff are great especially the office people in the lobby they are very nice and helpful with any questions you may have. Just a great place"
"I just recently moved to the Dayton area (new to Ohio) and throughout the whole process Tina has been AMAZING! She is always trying her best and tries to ensure that you are taken care of. There were a few things that needed addressed as soon as I moved in and Tina + maintenance team were great with a quick response (they respected my time) all of my concerns were addressed same day. The location of the apartments is amazing being so close to the Oregon district and overlooking a green park (on the back side of the building)."
"I’ve been here for 3 month’s now and it’s really nice ! The maintenance and office staff are very welcoming as well as are able to get your problems solve in matter of hours or a few days (1-3 business days). It’s a great place to live if you’re super busy but also would like the downtown living experience !"
"I applied last year when I was in desperate need to move quickly. Unfortunately, they didn't have anything available right away. Fast forward a couple of days later, I get a call as I'm applying at the Arcade apartments, saying someone left abruptly and I was the first out of several people called. Needless to say, I drove right over and put my money down. I was able to move in in less than 10 days. I absolutely glad I got the apartment. It's conveniently located, there's a dog park for my two pups, there is a nice large park area out back, a pool, a grilling area, a rec room with a pool table and everything thing you need to host a large group, a gym and laundry facilities. The best though is the apartments are surrounded by concrete. None of my neighbors hear my surround sound tv late at night. Plus Robin, Greg and the maintenance staff are super friendly. The rent also has the utilities with it. One payment and you're done for the month. Talk about convenience. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else."
"I really liked the management when I first moved in. But in the 5 years I was there, we went through a LOT of leasing managers and they just get more rude than the last. Not mean, I just felt like they didn't care, and thought we were a nuisance. Would rate the apt complex a 4 in my first 2 years there and and possibly 2 the last 2 year. Pro: Easy walk to Oregon District. Easy access to I75 and R35. Good parking options. Utilities are included (less bills to remember). Great view if you're higher and on the right side of the building. Good storage space and closet space in unit (I had a 1 bed). Maintenance workers were nice when I was there. Dog park for the puppers. Con: Laundry is expensive, unreliable and smelly. They have some workout machines, but wouldn't consider it a gym. Pool is closed more than it's open. 1 elevator is always down and the 2nd is basically a lottery. So good luck moving out (or in) in a timely fashion. Packages get stolen frequently. My last year there, I basically stopped sending packages there. AC & heat in units are connected to a main temp breaker, so you can't control it. It can be super hot and the air is still on heat b/c there's not enough hot days to turn on AC. Or vice versa."
