"I have been living here for over year now. My experience here has been overall good and have enjoyed the quality of the apartment. Downtown location allows for walking to multiple spots throughout the city. Loft windows are a really nice touch providing for good lighting and views on most sides of the building. The amenities are not thr most updated but are in good working conditions. Any issues are quickly resolved for the most part unless some outside forces impede it. Walls of the apartment are extremely thin so be prepared to listen to things you don't want to hear. Last thing, location is right next to the downtown bus Hub... things can get interesting around there. Overall, I've loved living here and will continue to do so until a better opportunity arises."
"We have lived here for about a year and it’s fantastic. It’s an easy walk to the local bars and restaurants. Plus, we have close access to all of the freeways. Tyrone handles all of our maintenance so quickly and is always double checking that things are good to go in our loft. Ashley and Kat handle the front and it’s nice to get a hello or hearing them engage with potential new neighbors. It’s a pretty quiet building with accessible elevators(or stairs if you’d like) and nice amenities such as a gym, community room and even a storage room."
"I’ve lived here for over a year now and am satisfied with my decision to stay longer! The location is great, especially if you enjoy getting around by foot. The new windows have been a great addition to our loft, every time we have visitors over the first thing they notice is the new windows and tall ceilings! The aesthetic of the building is very cool, the neighbors and front desk workers are all pleasant! My only complaints are that parking can be tough, I would avoid getting a pass to park behind the building, our car got broken into twice and there are no cameras. I would vouch for parking in front of the building always. My only other complaint is that the walls are very thin, but apartments tend to have that in common."
"I am a current resident on this property, recently moving here last November. I will say I am overall pleased and happy to be a resident here. Jewels and Ashley downstairs are phenomenal and maintenance work orders that get put in are done timely. The view from my large windows is amazing and provides more privacy than if it was directly facing another building. For the most part, this place is my safe haven and a great place to unwind and relax. Everything is just a walk away! The Oregon District, Riverscape, The Dragons Ball Park, The Schuster Center, and other amenities as perks! The only disadvantages of living here are the thin walls. You can hear when your neighbor is getting it on or pleasuring themselves, or even when they have their phone on speaker phone… you can hear what the other person on the line is saying crystal clear. Also, the gate to the parking lot gets stuck frequently which causes inconvenience of getting stuck inside the lot and not being able to get out. But this is a great place to live and I’m happy I’ve made it my home! Everyone is friendly in the building too in passing."
"My husband and I only lived here for a year but we loved the loft. The views of downtown Dayton are beautiful. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated nicely. The bedrooms are really small and didn’t have lights in rooms or closets. We only were unlucky to have a unit that didn’t have a washer and dryer but there were a common area downstairs to do laundry. I liked the privacy and security of having to have a keycard to get into the building. Jewels at the front desk was amazing. She also is a great dog sitter if you are ever in need."
