"I’d say this place is a joke but jokes are funny. This isn’t only a bad place to live, it’s unsafe and poorly managed. Mold is in almost every apartment, does not respect your privacy, stuff breaks constantly and doesn’t get fixed for months. On top of that they don’t even background check people, if you have the cash you can just walk right in and the manager will tell you to start moving in. So I guess it’s a wonderful place to live if you don’t mind waking up to drug deals and sharing a wall with a felon."

"It was a nice place to live. A lot of things were out of date and so when they broke, maintenance had trouble finding replacement parts. I would caution people not to spend a whole lot of time cleaning once you move out. My wife and I spent all day deep cleaning our one bedroom apartment and when we received our security deposit back, they’d deducted $85 for “damage” (which was a broken stove handle that I had told maintenance about) and cleaning. In the description of the cleaning they said they had to clean everything. If we’d known they were going to do that we wouldn’t have wasted our time on the cleaning. Again very nice place to live but we were frustrated when we left because we thought we were helping them out by getting the apartment ready for the next person."

"Very safe and quiet place to live. Maintenance is very good.anyone into gardening will have a small area right out their front door-to plant flowers and or vegetables. Lots of trees and shrubbery. Pets are allowed and the fairgrounds are adjacent so walking is a pleasure."
