"My boyfriend and I went Saturday to fill out our application for a apartment the manager was very friendly and helpful the place has cleaned up a lot. We are waiting to hear back from her weather or not we got the apartment. We are hoping and praying we do we have a baby on the way and we are starting a new chapter in our lives."

"Lived here for 5 years now and 5 years before and went through several managers and maintenance people and extremely like this last set. They both live on premises and that is good incase of emergencies. They are all extremely friendly and will allow changes if you need it. This complex is seriously changing in all areas especially when it comes to those wild parties that use to happen regularly then but no longer happen thanks to the new manager."

"Cleaned my apartment top to bottom upon move out. The current landlord approved my move out with a walk through with me. Said everything was perfect and very clean. A few weeks later I only received less than half of my security deposit back, (less than 300 back, deposit was easily double that) because the property owner did a walk through and basically said I didn’t clean things, and I left this and that there… crime ridden area. My apartment was kicked in, and no security camera on any buildings except the leasing office, which means they don’t care about anything but their precious leasing office. I had mice every winter coming from other apartments into mine. I used to work maintenance so I would inspect the cabinets, just to find big holes that went into the foundation of the building, leaving space for anything that could dig to come into my apartment. Save your money and rent somewhere else."

"I have lived here for a little over a year and a half. Several months ago, I had every intention of moving out of the complex. However, we got new management and maintenance staff, and the change is unbelievable. Management is kind, firm, and fair, and stays on top of what needs to be done. It is clear that she has a vision to continue to make the complex even better. She and the maintenance team have been enacting much-needed updates and repairs. They make an excellent team and are doing an excellent job of cleaning up the Meadows."

"I've lived here for 2 years. In the past year, with NEW MANAGEMENT, the Meadows has undergone a drastic change. Previously, with past management, any complaint or concern you had went in one ear and out the other. I had to threaten to move out if they didnt find me a quieter building. Parties til 4am werent my cup of tea. Nor was the constant smell of 'smoke', or dirty hallways, garbage all over the grounds and the police being here almost every weekend (when management was always absent). Fast forward to now...what a difference a year makes!!!!! We now have a manager who cares about where she lives and the people living here. Any concern you have is addressed within a day....it helps that maintenance is on sight. The grounds are kept clean and and manicured and the common-use areas (hallways and laundry) are always cleaned. And the fact that management screens potential renters to keep undesirable elements at bay, is a plus! They've already done a lot of 'cleaning out'. I highly recommend the Meadows if youre looking for a decent place to live....and its affordable to boot!!!"
