"Not worth the money at all. 2 bedrooms are worth $900 at MOST. They price it so high because it’s probably the nicest complex you will find in xenia but it still feels like they take advantage of that. You still have to pay gas, electric, for washer and dryer, and other hidden fees that you have to really take the time to read in your lease. The late fee is astronomical and they’re ready to kick you out at any moment. I give it one star because at least I felt safe and the place was cleaned before I got there. But it still wasn’t all that great for the price. Maintenance took months to fix my issues and by the time they fixed them I was getting close to move out. You would think they would have a nice gym or laundry facility or other amenities such as the pool being open and the interior being upgraded. But definitely not"

"I’ve lived here for almost 3 years and the staff are very nice in the leasing office. Whenever I have a concern it’s always addressed and resolved within 24-48 hours! The apartments are well kept and always clean and even if your neighbors get a little noisy, you can’t hear them once inside your apartment. I’ve never had an issue with loud neighbors, though. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a safe and clean space to call home!"

"Standard apartment complex on the more expensive side at about $1000/month. Lots of rules on everything from parking to not allowing bicycles or children's toys to be visible at all, including your rental space (can not be seen). No guest if they use a car and need to park, no visiting pets. They will pester you about this even if it doesn't apply to you. "Not a family friendly place" loud Neighbors and little to no tolerance for children. Not very clean outside. The good things about this place is the dog park across the street and, they will fix things ASAP, but the quality of everything is very low and will most likely break again quite easily. We moved here out of necessity and look forward to moving on. Would not recommend."

"I lived at Deer Creek apartments over 4 years. I loved it there and I never had any problems the entire time I was there. I would still be there but do to health reasons I've had to move. I wanted to say thank you to Marlene. Any maintenance issues I had, she was really good at getting someone right over to the apartment. We would hang up the phone and in no time, mostly the same day, my problem would be solved. Thank you for being speedy and for always being nice to me. I just met Jennifer recently but thank you as well, you are a very kind lady. If you would Thank all the maintenance crew for me as well. I didn't need them much but when I did they were quick and friendly. I will miss living there. Take care Melodie Day"

"Thank you Marlene and Jennifer for being great managers of Deer Creek apartments in Xenia. My husband and I were privileged to live in a two bedroom lower level apartment for three years. Excellent service. Response to any concern was addressed and fixed to our satisfaction within the hour. Amazing. We would still be there if it were not for health and aging complications. We highly recommend Deer Creek apartments to anyone needing a place to call home. Keep up the good work Marlene and Jennifer."
