Villas At Arboretum

"Do mot for any reason consider moving I to any wallick community let alone the villas here. Once you sign the lease you do not exist to them, they will not fix anything but it's not like they could because they can't keep any maintenance people on staff. There's no management to speak. They're so poor at what they do they let me lease lapse over 3 months when it was supposed to renew. Never signed a new lease yet they still charge nearly $100 more per month than the previous year as the conditions here plummet. Don't walk, run away"

"Office is hardly ever open or available to help. Maintenance says they will be here shortly to fix something, and takes hours upon hours. Emergency maintenance line is no help either. No amenities. 0/10 would never live here again."

"We have lived here for over a year now. We have a 3 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath. There are two storage areas. One out front and one on the deck. There are townhomes that have garages as well. I enjoy the relatively quiet neighborhood. The wooded area in the back of the townhouse and the deck is likely my favorite thing, awesome view. The Manager of the Property, Bridget, is great and has always been available with anything needed. I recommend living here."

"I wouldn't even give this place one star if their was an option ! The management will not speak to you about any issue , they like to ignore . They also like to charge you for things that done exist when you move out . Fighting them for a lease I didn't sign ! Horrible horrible place to live !"
