"If I could rate this apartment ("halfway house" or "drug den) below a 1, I would. This property has an interior of lead paint, no air conditioning, and overly priced. The amenities advertised are not included. You have to "gain seniority" to work your way up from a room to a studio apartment. If you can afford another property, avoid this one at all cost. I returned my keys today and the property manager was displeased that I didn't vacuum my dog's fur, which should be the job of the people they supposedly pay under the table. The employees are comprised of a father and son co-owners with below average cleaning staff that gossips about residents and steals their belongings (food and cleaning supplies) out of shared common spaces. This place is better off becoming a drug rehabilitation group home which is exactly what it attracts. There is not full A/C in the hallways, but window units to cool down residential spaces. I have a picture of the ceiling in my former room to share shortly. Best of luck and beware of this 100-year old haunted castle."
