"If you.notice, they wont do a walk through with the tenants or fix the door frames so your locks wilk work correctly. The Fire Dept had to come out to let me out. I have a report saying it is a Fire Hazard. They need to stop ripping tenants off. I have 100% disabled Military letter I showed them so Safety is a definite issue. They ALWAYS have excuses. I heard landlords need to fix the problem in 30 days. Not yet here..new tenants be aware! Record conversations & make copies"
"I recently had the unfortunate experience of renting a property from Land Systems, and I feel compelled to share my nightmarish encounter with this company. My intention is to serve as a cautionary tale for others, so they can avoid the headache and frustration that I endured. To begin with, Land Systems engages in highly unethical practices when it comes to security deposits. Despite fulfilling all contractual obligations and leaving the property in pristine condition, the company shamelessly withheld a significant portion of my security deposit without any legitimate reason. This illegal act demonstrates their complete disregard for tenant rights and highlights their greed-driven approach. Furthermore, Land Systems seems to have mastered the art of avoidance when it comes to responding to tenant inquiries or concerns. Their lack of responsiveness is truly remarkable. It felt as if my repeated phone calls and messages were swallowed into a void, never to be acknowledged. This sheer negligence and disregard for basic communication is simply unacceptable from a rental property company that claims to prioritize customer service. The depths of Land Systems' deception and misconduct became painfully apparent when I discovered false entries on my credit report, allegedly made by them. It became evident that they were attempting to coerce money from me that I did not owe. This deliberate manipulation of credit reports is not only deceitful but also potentially damaging to the financial well-being of tenants who fall victim to their practices. I cannot stress enough the importance of avoiding Land Systems. It is evident that this company operates with little to no integrity, prioritizing profit over the rights and well-being of their tenants. I sincerely hope that this review serves as a deterrent for anyone considering renting from this organization. In conclusion, if you value your peace of mind, financial security, and the respect you deserve as a tenant, steer clear of Land Systems. Spare yourself the anguish and headache that comes with dealing with their illegal withholding of security deposits, their evasion of tenant phone calls, and their manipulation of credit reports. There are countless other reputable rental property companies out there that will treat you fairly and provide the service you deserve."
"I believe that there is more than one owner of these appartments. The building that we live in I suspect is owned by a slum lord. The carpet was not updated before we moved in..it is now pulling away from the floors at the entry ways..and buckling in the hallway..i have requested new carpet but you can guess how that went..the painter splattered paint on the floor doors and the cabinets..the exterior of the building is falling apart the land scaping socks but the appartments down one street are pristine ,If we want our landscape to look nice..we pay for it ourselves..we are paying them to make their property to look nice. Why don't we move ...well rent in other places are starting at 1,000 or more..but it will come to an end some day because they raise the rent 45-50 a year. I will be calling the building inspector about the exterior."
"Put a hold on a SPECIFIC apartment that was advertised for rent. Megan had told me it was a guarantee since the current occupant was moving out. 3 weeks later was told said occupant “may not be moving” but couldn’t give a definite answer. Waited 2 more weeks, still no answer and supposed move in date is 3 weeks away. Was given options for other apartments but there were applicants pending for said apartments, so no guarantee we would get one. Asked for money back that was for the apartment being held. Tiffany said they need a set date so they can give me a check. I paid cash. I would recommend saving your time and money because you may not get what you’re expecting."
