"It’s been nice so far, we don’t complain and they have been nice towards us, even on my grumpy days. Lol. Honestly, we like the house, moved in a couple months ago, looking forward to summer. I hope there’s not a problem with bugs, haven’t had a problem yet, we added some spray foam and weather stripping where we wanted. Spray foam $3.48/ can, and weatherstripping like $7/package. No one is supposed to hold your hand and guide you on the simple repairs. Example: changing lightbulbs. The big things a land Lord wants to know about is something that might destroy their home. Example: a leak, I’m sure they want to bc the quicker it’s fixed the cheaper the fix is. In all, we try to be good renters and respect them, and they do the same. So 5 out 5 stars so far, hope we can maintain that :) Also, would like to give a huge acknowledgment of incredible character who is a downright gentlemen through and through... his name is Ryan... I recently had a difficult time and he was respectful and polite to me! I wish there we’re more people like that in this world!"

"Would not recommend going through kt property for housing. They will not fix anything and if they do it will are 6+ months and it will only get half done. They will leave you without heat or water and not care. They will rent you a house filled with black mold and not care or tell you about it."
