"I had to call the store multiple times to get information before I made a financial decision. And although the manager explain it to me for about 20 minutes, afterwards I still had questions and when I tried to call back, they said that I needed to come into the store. They were completely rude, and none of the other store employees were willing to explain it to me. I thought this was extremely bad business practice for someone who is willing to go in and spend the harder in cash. Normally, these ladies are very nice and I’ve had good experiences with him in the past, but it only takes one bad experience. And this was it."
