"I would like to Say, I've lived here two and a half years , if I've Ever had any complaints, which have Always, been minimal !! The problems have always been handled and in a prompt, professional manner...In a residential complex, Everyone has to Work together to keep things clean and in proper order.... And see that Some Care about their surroundings and others don't... I'm just saying, I've had things quit working and they've been quickly, taken care of.... I've had no bugs....I will Say, the Management here, deserves to be Thanked, for job well done!!! People often leave trash laying around or cigarette butts, their are receptacles around, use them, not the ground, team work!!!"

"I’ve lived here for a little over a year and I’m a very clean person. I still see roaches they do NOTHING about it. There has been people living in the building with bedbugs and management has yet to even let any of the residents know. Don’t move here. It’s disgusting spoke to property manager today and she told me to be realistic the roaches aren’t going anywhere and to get used to it."

"The new manager is INCREDIBLE. The hallways are clean and the new library is a blessing to the tenants. You can see that the new manager truly cares about the quality of living for her residents! Highly recommend!!"

"I have lived here going on 7 years. When I first moved in it was a nice place. Well taken care of ext. Now the place is trashed. Management never returns phone calls and that includes the corporate office. People smoke outside my apartment in the hallways putting the cigarette out on the wall spitting in the elevator and stairwell. It is suppose to be a secure building but doors are propped open. We are told they can't do anything because the cameras don't record. Our rent has been screwed up multiple times where they put a paper in our door saying that our rent is a certain amount and then we pay that they come back and say we owe money. People come and go as they please sleeping in the common rooms and stealing."
