All I get is a dry test saying “I Don’t Have anything open” I feel like that was so unprofessional. I’m glad he didn’t call cause I would have gave him a piece of my mind! Such beautiful homes but with rude business managers"

"I’m amazed the health department has not closed his properties. I’m in the pest control business, and this guy has had bedbugs in one of his properties twice. The mold I saw when I inspected a apartment was a shocker to me. Hey he’s a nice guy but he doesn’t seem to care about the tenants."

"This is a horrible place, I had constant flooding in lower levels, Fly infestation after kitchen sink flooding, as well as a flea infestation due to other tenants. The owner no longer takes calls from me after moving and refuses to give security deposit back claiming fees for cleaning even though i cleaned the apartment and fixed it to better condition than i got it. The woman in the office in unprofessional and does not help with any issues. We had the outside doors constantly broken and would either not lock or would never open. I would never recommend anyone lives here and it should be closed for health and safety reasons by the city."

"This is a family-owned business. The owner is very responsive to tenant needs. The apartment is spacious, clean, quiet, and well maintained. The neighborhood is safe, and the rent is fair. The kitchen has appliances (including a dishwasher). It is clear that they take pride in their properties, and want their tenants to feel at home."

"I lived in one of the townhouses on Cresthaven for a number of years and I loved it. Whenever I had an issue which wasn't often the owner Kevin would make sure that it was taken care of in a timely manner. This is a family oriented business and I recommended to many and still would. If I were to move back to Toledo I would seek them out first to rent from!"
