"The whole building is infected with Bedbugs! They won't get exterminators and solve the problem. Last exterminator I paid for said all those do is move from one place to another. They can't even kill them. I was warned even by people from other. Apartment complexes . IT'S TRUE. I'm living it ,at least for now. Probably not much longer. RENT IS WAY TO HIGH. I do like the location though. Sorry, Hidden Village, until something is done. ZERO STARS."

"Can't beat the price... maintenance is always quick and professional...I personally have no neighborly complaints. It's not the greatest of all places but I'd recommend it for sure! It's funny reading the comments. I've had no issues. I understand it's an apartment so you don't have household luxuries."

"DANGEROUS PLACE TO LIVE!! Stay away, especially if you have little ones! One of the WORST places I've ever had the displeasure of living. I originally came here right before the pandemic during 2020, so I couldn't even get a showing before signing a lease; but I had no where else to go at the time unfortunately. It was a nightmare to even sign the lease because there's NO direct contact number to reach the realtor or apartment management. They go through management FREQUENTLY as well, I had 3-4 DIFFERENT managers from the minute I signed my lease to the minute I left. There are GUN SHOTS in the parking lot every week, and it kept getting worse. The neighbors in your building and the buildings around you will FIST FIGHT in the common ways and parking lots during the hours of night almost daily here, police constantly having to be called out here! MY MAILBOX WAS BROKEN INTO MULTIPLE TIMES. Forget about using Amazon or Walmart delivery too, because the neighbors WILL STEAL ALL OF YOUR PACKAGES. If that wasn't enough, the cost of utilities is extremely high for living here, even if you don't use your heat/ac. My central heat and AC went out several times, the only good thing I can say is when you put a fix-it ticket in Beal Properties system, a mechanic is typically quick to come out. During one of the repairs you can see in the picture I have attached that we had a FULL beehive inside the unit. When Beal asked if we would renew our lease, they had the audacity to try and RAISE the rent, even after giving them all the police reports from the incidents, and explaining to them how dangerous this was to live. Beal Properties brushed it off like they always do with tenants. If you care about the safety of yourself and your loved ones, DO NOT rent here. You will be locked into a lease in a very dangerous area, where your very own neighbors will be your worst enemy, if not the apartment management themselves."

"My mother-in-law has water leaking in her utility room flowing into hallway. Call for repairs are being ignored. One person showed up for service but did not fix the problem. This is the 2nd time this summer."
