"This apartment complex used to be one of the best low income apartments when Mrs. Sutton used to manage them, they became decent when Becky used to manage them but after her they have been having anyone in the office “managing” these apartments, tenants, and sensitive files it’s ridiculous. You never know who’s working there or if it’s another tenant in the office at the same time as you. I don’t even think the office managers are being managed because they never stick to the office hours and do not bother calling them, it’s like they weren’t even trained on picking up and answer calls."
