The Westmoor Apartments

"I’ve lived here for about a year and a half. Everyone that works here is really nice and easy to speak with & very easy to get ahold of to schedule a meeting if need be. This is a very quiet apartment building. Our neighbors are very courteous, when it comes to music or televisions with the noise. You don’t really hear anything after 9 PM. So I’d say it’s a great place to live for a student or single person or couple. I had one little water issue and maintenance came out within 10 minutes & the problem was fixed."

"I stay at Westmoor Apartments and it is fantastic. The management, especially Simran, is very helpful. They provide free water, electricity, and Wi-Fi, which is a big plus. The included dishes and free coffee were really convenient. The free gym was a nice touch too. Highly recommend!"

"I've been living here since 3 months now and it's been amazing, we have a fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment they provided me and my roommates with almost everything which includes a TV, couch, bed, study table etc. The staff is very friendly and nice especially sim. If you are international student you come here with nothing, a furnished option was perfect for us because we didn't have to go out to really get anything when we first got here. Would recommend westmoor to everyone."

"The Westmoor apartments are the perfect place for new students. I am living in a 1 bedroom suite, it’s clean and good for 2 people. The staff is very friendly (especially Sim) and whenever you have a problem they will help you. I am satisfied with the place and recommend it to new people."

"If you expect to hear the phrases "thank you for choosing our apartments", or "here is your security deposit back", then I highly recommend not moving here. If you instead prefer to hear the phrases "You will be charged" every time you encounter any of their preexisting, numerous water and sewage issues, or the phrase "delete this review or I'll sue you", or the famous "your water will be shut off" papers routinely posted on the elevators, then I recommend moving here. Moved out over a year ago, and they have been ignoring my emails asking for my security deposit. Awful living conditions which included roaches on the floor, with awful attitudes from staff members to match. For the record, Westmoor staff do randomly enter apartments without providing tenants prior notice. They did this several times when I was there. For example, there was a time when I came home to find my door wide open, with maintenance workers' footprints left in the bathtub. They never told me maintenance was going to enter my unit that day. In addition, they have numerous water issues, with water dripping in random places in the building, which lead to roaches laying eggs and roaming about. The owners also lie casually in email exchanges. I have attached a photo which shows my bathtub when their maintenance workers left. They also retaliate against people who leave them reviews about negative experiences by throwing bogus paperwork with fraudulent charges, for example, alleging court fees when no papers were filed in court."
