"When I reserved rooms I was told no adjoining rooms were available and no rooms with King beds with a Queen bed available. When we check in 17 rooms were available to up grade. Hot tub was cold when we went down after check in around 4:00 pm. Not enough seating and tables around pool area for people to sit."
"There were signs that the room wasn't fully cleaned (clumps of hair on the bed, lock looked like a child with greasy fingers played with it, comforter had pizza stains), and poor maintenance from maintenance (wobbly furniture, water pressure in the sink was non existent, sink itself was clogged). Checking out took a long time, as the lady at the front desk was sitting back and eating. If you're going to take a break, make sure you have coverage..."
"The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. I think might've been the tiniest hotel room I've ever stayed in. The light in the bathroom came on automatically and couldn't be adjusted otherwise....I was temporarily blinded twice in the middle of the night. I was given a room with a mini-fridge and microwave that I never asked for. It's my belief reservations department do this on purpose because the room costs extra. The mini-fridge hummed loudly whenever it kicked on, causing me to wake or not get back to sleep. Terrible overall experience and Hampton will not be my first choice next time."
"My stay here with family 2 weeks ago was nice. The service was always friendly. I got a chance to use the whirlpool in which I enjoyed just a precaution for anyone with breathing issue the air quality may cause some trouble. The sofa bed was horrible and unable to provide any comfort."
"This was the PERFECT location for our Girls Trip Getaway! It was centrally located and a quick trip to the Museum, casino and downtown. The room was exceptional. Clean and well stocked with towels. The breakfast was good, too! A good variety of items and they keep the eating area very tidy. I would HIGHLY recommend this location. And, I hope to visit again soon."
