"Very well kept and well managed. The owner is present most days during business hours, and management is very responsive. Pool, weight room and aa very welcoming, always clean lobby. The location is convenient, and even though it's on a main road, feels private. The backyard provides INCREDIBLE panoramic views of Lake erie, and plenty of room for kids to play. It freaky is a great place to live."

"We were 7 and a half year resident at Sandcrest apartments. Ever since Our neighbors moved out and we got new residents in 703 it has been frustrating. Too many young boys constantly frequent that apartment in all hours of the night. We complain but no one cares. These boys are definitely under age and some even were seen drinking beer. The old guy with the long Santa beard is a little off his rocker and is a little too close to the boys. Management needs to immediately step in and do something before every one begins moving out on the 7th floor."

"The maintenance man there is very kind and helpful--Richard. However, the greedy owners/management will not always uphold things Richard tells you are fine. For instance, we had the movers break a strip by the door and were told by Richard it was fine and they would take care of it, yet the owner, Angelo, decided to keep $50 from our security deposit. We also had a window broken when we moved in and had the sliding things on the mirror off when we moved in (and left them where they were when we moved in) and were charged for these things. So, my advice to you if you deal with this business is: document everything wrong when you move in (or you will pay for repairs that never should have been your responsibility) with a photograph and written descriptions (and probably should have them sign and acknowledge them) and have things fixed as they break. I asked them to fix stuff 2 weeks before moving out (blinds broke, and they were ancient and cheap to begin with) and was assured that i would not be charged for that by Richard, yet Angelo billed us for it instead. Don't trust their word... protect yourself by getting everything in writing."
