Miracle Manor Apartments

"I moved here in November. They need to see your electricity account before they give you the key. They do not accept checks or money orders for the rent. This is annoying but I guess it is due to all those that have a poor rental history. I have a renovated apartment and it is large. It comes with a closet in the kitchen, bathroom and living room. It is very affordable. There have been no issues with tenants here and maintenance does regular apartment inspections. So far so good. Also management responds to issues I have had."

"Apartments are nice, but I am not sure id it is the management or the cooperate office when asked to locate to a different property that hey own and even a little bit more. I was told no they don't do that. How is that make sure your residents that have been with you for a few years are happy and would want to stay living in your property I don't think so."

"Great apartments with even better staff! Everyone is always so kind and helpful and never makes you feel like you’re a bother. Maintenance team is amazing and truly fixes things! They come immediately after you call for them instead of making you wait weeks like other apartments. Grounds are always maintained and kept looking as nice as possible! They have pest control that comes often to check in and make sure things are good which isn’t something you find often at all. Overall a quality place to live."

"I’ve lived at Miracle Manor for 7 years. I cannot say enough about the office staff both Stephanie and Julie are ALWAYS readily available to assist with any questions and or concerns. Chuck who is the Supervisor for maintenance has come to my rescue in time of need on a couple of occasions and always arrives with a steady smile. Miracle Manor is a great place to live."

"I’ve lived at this apartment complex for around 6 1/2 years now and plan to for many more, goodness willing. I’ve never had any major incidents and the few times I’ve had either a leaking sink or a backed up toilet or bath tub, the issue was always resolved in less than a day. I know other people have issues at many other apartment complexes, but I seem to have gotten lucky here. Hallways are clean, little to no noise, good parking, lines of communication always open, all very nice, all very friendly and neighbors who look out for each other. I really can’t recommend this complex higher."
