"The apartments themselves deserve 5 stars, they’re very clean, updated, and perfect in size for a small family. But unfortunately there’s a lot of theft going on in the community, which is why I’ll give 4 stars at most. I understand this is out of the control of management and there’s not much they can do about it, but I feel future tenants should be aware of these issues. Multiple people in my building that I have spoke to have complained about their packages being stolen from right in front of their door, not even minutes after they’ve been delivered. I’ve had three packages stolen so far, with picture proof of delivery from Amazon. I’ve joined the Oregon, Ohio Community group on Facebook and have seen lots of other tenants complaining about their packages going missing. If this is the worst thing that happens here, then I guess this is a pretty decent place, but I just wish people would stop stealing or perhaps cameras can be installed at all entrances of each building? Besides that, I have no other complaints."

"copper cove is really welcoming instead of having a dog park they could of put a park for the kids and Sam does an awesome job in the office as well"

"I thought their new dog park was cool! My boyfriend and I looked at these places a few years ago & recently visited a friend this summer. Cool to see some owners ACTUALLY care about renovation!"

"I would give 5 stars if they had updated pictures of the outside! Tons of new updates and renovations! Management is great and maintenance is actually there for you. Apartments are clean and spacious. If your looking for a place to reside your search could end here. Stop in, take a peek."
